The studio
Located in the rustic template loft on Reffen in Copenhagen. This is where I paint, where ideas evolve and observations are reworked. A space to develop ideas and techniques. Presently, I’m exploring acrylic and watercolour mediums.
Sketchbooks serve as references from in situ experiences and reflections. A source of inspiration and for deep creative work.

As guest artist, at the Affordable Art Fair Pop-up hosted by the Nordic Art Agency, this exposes my work to a new and curious audience of art lovers. From 18th-28th in Malmø, Sweden
The Studio Opening on 21st March gave guests an opportunity to see my practice, paintings and work in progress.
During the warmer months, colours saturate the banks of the Rhône as vineyards and farmer's markets come to life. The river gives life to art, wine and food. Inspired by this, the historic hotel, Château de Fontager, author of "Callas Cooking", Bill Rathje and myself have curated a break where you can try watercolour painting, visit local vineyards and farmers' markets during your stay at the historic chateau in the Rhône valley. The studio has moved to Skabelonloftet (The Shipyard Loft) in the centre of Copenhagen. The new studio is larger, it's a gallery and a venue for workshops - Workshops in January
The old studio - My studio and practice are now in Copenhagen. The studio is spacious. A place where works can be viewed and where workshops will take place.
My work has been Longlisted for the Visual Art Open 2023 UK & International Emerging Artist Awards.
Foraging texture and light on the north coast. Walking, stopping to look and sketching the texture that the elements have taken on the coast. Growth is stunted , oak trees that are no more than 2m in height. Gnarled juniper bushes and gorse dot the sandy turf.
We have stripes in common! Immersed in David Hockney's "Bigger & Closer NOT SMALLER & FURTHER AWAY" exhibition at the Lightroom, London. I loved his take on perspective but missed the sound of painting when it's painted with pixels. So what does painting with pixels sound like?

The challenge of limiting my palette is really engaging. I was unsure about which yellow to use and finally settled with Naples, because it can be warm and strikingly hot.
